Summary of Student Internship Program at Novalab – A Meaningful Scientific Journey

On August 28, 2024, the Closing Ceremony of the Student Experimental Program at Novalab took place successfully. This event is a continuation of the “Pharmaceutical Research Ideas” competition organized by the University of Health Sciences, VNU-HCM, with strategic support from Novalab.

The Closing Ceremony – The Mark of Scientific Training Cooperation

The program was honored to welcome representatives from the University of Health Sciences (VNU-HCM):

  • Vice Rector, Prof. Dr. Pharmacist Le Minh Tri.
  • Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Prof. Dr. Pharmacist Thai Khac Minh.
  • Head of the Department of Science, Technology & International Cooperation, also Deputy Head of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Dr. Nguyen Phuoc Vinh.

The presence of the teachers is a testament to the sustainable cooperative relationship between Novalab and the School, both aiming for the goal of high-quality scientific training and research.

Research Results – Meaningful Progress

At the ceremony, the research student group presented the experimental report:
“Formulation of Film-Coated Tablets Containing Amlodipine (5mg) & Atorvastatin (10mg) Based on the brand-name CADUET 5mg/10mg.”
The report reflects the efforts and spirit of continuous research of the student group during 1 month of experimentation at Novalab, with the dedicated support of the team of experts.
